Yoga Classes
Yoga is an ancient practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It invites us to focus on what our bodies can do in the present moment and offers a retreat from the chaos of everyday life. In addition to improving physical health and fitness, yoga cultivates harmony, balance, and peace of mind—making it a powerful tool for both wellness and self-care.
Led in an encouraging environment, each class focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and mindfulness—helping you reconnect with your body and recharge your spirit.
Take time for yourself. Join us on the mat and experience the benefits of movement, stillness, and self-care.
Class Schedule
Yoga classes take place on Thursdays and Saturdays. All levels of expertise are encouraged to join us.
Thursday
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday
9:45am - 10:45am
Classes are $30 for (1) session per week or $55 for (2) sessions per week.

Walk-ins are welcome, as long as space is available.
